Disability Rights Maryland is the designated Protection and Advocacy agency for the State of Maryland, and use an array of strategies including information and referral, direct representation, abuse and neglect investigations, technical assistance, community outreach and training to advance the civil rights of people with disabilities.

An organization that deals with legal issues affecting women and children.
Public Justice Center
PJC is a non-profit that seeks to enforce and expand rights of people who suffer injustice due to poverty. Current projects focus on tenants, workers, immigration, prisoners, homeless children, families needing medical assistance, and creating a right to counsel in civil cases.
