About

Civil Justice, Inc.  was established in 1998 to meet the legal needs of individuals on a limited income.  The founders of Civil Justice hoped to provide a means of legal representation to those who had difficulty obtaining a lawyer.  It was also envisioned that Civil Justice could help new attorneys and those in solo or small firms earn a living while doing good.  At its beginning, Civil Justice handled a variety of cases in various practice areas.  As time passed, Civil Justice concentrated mainly on consumer matters.  Now Civil Justice's focus is on credit abuse projects, foreclosure, mediations, and first time home buyers.
